Our “flat rate” for postage and packaging is £3.90 per order. This single charge is for 1 or more items. Postage is via Royal Mail second class parcel service.
Please contact The Honey Store for orders outside of mainland UK. We will be very pleased to confirm a delivery quotation which will be charged at “cost only”.
Returns
Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please make a return within 14 days of order. Please indicate the reason for your return on your invoice and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
